STRONG impact wrench, easy to use, accessories included, and a GREAT company to work with!

I can’t say enough good things about this product. I like it almost as much as my favorite Revain tool, my air-powered impact wrench. It isn’t quite as powerful as the air-powered wrench but it’s plenty powerful enough to handle the toughest DIY jobs and projects I have. As far as I can tell, in the long run anyway, both types of tools are equally awesome. Adequate for lug nuts but it produces nowhere near 370 Lb-ft of torque.

Disclaimer: I received this product for free through the Vine program.I swap out snow tires and do my own tire rotations so I was happy to get this impact wrench so I wouldn't have to use a breaker bar to loosen lug nuts. I had previously received (and returned) a 3/8-inch Avid impact wrench which was too weak to loosen nuts, so I wanted to see if this 1/2-inch Worksite wrench had more power. Zero quality control

Wish I could review based on workability of product. Received first unit last week, opened item seems to be of okay quality until I realized the battery will not charge. (Never got to use first shipment. Processed return took time to package and drop off at ups store waist I gave more time and effort than this is worth. Received second shipment, and same thing. Battery will not charge.DO NOT BUY!

Works well, good customer service from Manufacturer

The first unit I received had a defective battery that would not charge. After having read the reviews about how hard the battery was to plug into the charger (and all the comments from the manufacturer) I made SURE that my battery was fully engaged, but still would not charge (solid red light after several hours of charging). After some back and forth with the manufacturer, they sent me a new battery and a new charger (only the battery was defective, so now I have an unneeded extra charger).In

Powerful quality portable impact wrench.

No room for a big air compressor in my garage. Settled for a pancake compressor as it fits.Using an impact wrench is not possible with that setup. Sturdiness and power.

This impactor is awesome. For the price I was not expecting a whole lot. From first glance I was impressed. When I held it I was even more impressed. Then when I used it, I was overwhelmed how powerful it was. I liked it so much that I bought their 1/2 inch impactor and liked it just as much.

Buy after you consider you use

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my father and was told yesterday that he is retuning because it doesn’t have enough power to complete the intended task. He is trying to remove a lug nut on a suv but lacks power from the tool. Great light duty impact wrench but not enough power for on the go mechanic work

Delivery was ahead of schedule

Used the impact for the first time today tightened up over one hundred bolts and nuts before having to recharge the battery so far I’m very impressed wythis tool esp for the price

Good but with issues

Everything seems great but haven't actually been able to use it yet. Battery's been charging for 3 days but won't make a good enough connection on charger to leave it n walk away. It keeps leaning back and not making contact so have to prop something under it to keep it connected.
