This was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my grandson, but, when the outer box was damaged, and the inner box the toy was in was damaged, I got my grandson to take a look at it to be sure the toy wasn't damaged. This is a great gift - we give it or something like it to all our little girl friend parties and the receiver always enjoys it so much. There are some that are a couple dollars cheaper and I go with other brands and designs for that reason - still great products. This particular design was best for the receiver so that is why I spent the extra dollars. But this item can easily be priced cheaper and company still make a pretty profit. Absolutely fabulous! I bought these because I’m tired of having tanner arms than the rest of my body during the summer. Unlike what I expected in spite of the advantage of helping "de-tan” my arms, they actually keep me cool when outside! They are definitely durable too! This organizer claims to be waterproof but on a recent trip, it let me down with water stains on my favorite makeup. The finish on this product makes it comfortable to hold and easy to wash. The basket inside appears to be stainless steel and it cleans up nicely. I've managed to make many cups of tea with very few crumbs in the bottom. This was so nice that I purchased one for my niece because she is also an avid tea drinker. Great game for young ones just learning how to spin and take turns. It's also multi-sensory and teaches vocabulary and labeling. I'm a speech pathologist and really like this idea. Easy to transport, light to carry. You may have to model putting your hand into the hole several times if kids are hesitant. I know that the Velcro on the steam cleaner is supposed to stick to the pads. And it does to a certain extent. But the pads do come off when I’m using it some of the times. If they were fitted slightly at the corners (instead of being a flat sheet), it would make them so much better. They wouldn’t have to be super tight - just something to come up over the device a bit.
