We loved the look of this chair based off of the photos, but after getting them we are disappointed with the following: The chairs came damaged on arrival. They were poorly secured in the packaging and had multiple "dings and nicks”. Either the damage or the finish has caused corners to be splinter prone. The color stain is also misleading from the pictures. They are in fact extremely cool toned in their stain, and hardly match any American made furniture. There work perfect for the larger spools of thread. They are nicely made and not flimsy at all. If I could suggest the only improvement would be to add some way to hang them. I do not have any flat work area so all my thread racks hang on my wall. I purchased the Commander picture hanging strips in medium and they work perfect for these racks. Aligning doors took longer than it should have. A bigger issue: a significant scratch on the left middle panel facing outside of cabinet. It must have happened before it was shipped as all boards were covered with lining. I just don't have the energy to disassemble and send it back.See full review
