I wear a 22 in most trousers and the shorts fit perfectly. The top is a bit big for me, however I have a sporty body style and the twins are not as big as most women who wear a 22. The scent of the salt is very nice. I soaked my feet for 20 minutes and it left them silky and soft. I have only done this soak once but I am sure if I do it weekly it will make a big difference. I purchased the colored heart gripper socks for the Senior Lady that I care for who is a fall risk, because her socks were worn out. They are very nice. Great colors and seem to be washing and drying with no issues. I will say that the grip is quite sticky on the hardwood floor- be aware.
