When this came I was really surprised at the fabric. I thought they would be cotton or at least stretchy cotton and they are a really cheap feeling spandex. I really dislike the way they feel and what’s worse is they roll up words and you constantly have to pull down on them. If you wear them under something they roll and then you have a weird lump under your clothes. I definitely regret buying these. They are not at all what I was looking for. As with any "shape" wear, I don't rely on these to make me appear that I'm thinner or have lost weight, I just want to eliminate a muffin top and look well put together. These knee braces felt tighter than I expected, even though I bought the appropriate size. Standing still, these definitely made my knees more comfortable than not wearing them. Unfortunately for me, I purchased these to wear while I go on my daily 3 mile walk, but the brace material bunches up on the back side of my knee joint, causing constant discomfort.
