This dress was short enough that I checked to see whether it was advertised as a "skater" dress, as most of these full-skirted mini dresses are. These so called strong storage twisters are a complete joke! The plastic is cheap and flimsy. Through trial and error, I found that they dont hold up to any kind of wear and tear.
