Of course, it isn't the size the picture implies, which was either manipulated or was made with the tiny supernatural people the manufacturer has on contract. But it works just like described: plug in the hose and the water squirts out as shown. The only issue is that in a kiddie pool, when you leave it in the sun, the water gets warm.
