I recently bought this shirt to wear for Halloween. I ordered a small and fit perfect (Bust 38, Waist 29). My only complaint was when worn off the shoulder, the ruffle elastic would roll under as seen in the picture. I had some garment double sister tape and it still wouldn’t stay. I kept having to pull it down to unroll. It’s a really cute shirt, it’s thin so you’ll have to wear a strapless bra under it. I don’t think I’ll be wearing it again at least not off my shoulders.
