The whole process went smoothly and I appreciate the extraordinary effort the seller has made to ensure customer satisfaction. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for excellent customer service. I would definitely buy from this company again if I need a product. I even tried using the zipper to remove the case. See photo. Also: while the pillow cut helps relieve pressure and groin pain when I sit, the pillow itself is very uncomfortable after sitting on it for more than 5 minutes. It cuts off blood flow to the legs, causing numbness and pain. I have to get up about every 10-15 minutes due to the pressure on my legs and the discomfort this pillow causes. Not recommended. I would return it if I was still within the return period. Since I don't, I will have to buy a different type of pillow.
