A nice touch on an antique chandelier consisting of a lamp and a chain
I electrified an antique brass gas chandelier. After electrifying, I wanted to convert it into a chain lamp so I could place it over a table in a spot where I couldn't install a ceiling box. I found an old style stamped brass chain to support the lamp cord from an existing ceiling box and needed a hook to hang the chain over the table. This worked well, allowing for rotation and unmounting and remounting as needed. The finish is compatible with most brass fittings so the overall look is good. This helped finish the project looking totally professional.
