We ordered this because we needed a large bed. Two dogs and a child with night terrors and two larger adults sleeping on a double bed were not good for our body and restful sleep. We decided to build a bed for a weakling and ordered a foam mattress. The cheapest options. We don't have enough closet space so my husband's idea was a bed with closet space. Draw and start building. We ordered these because the weight it could lift would only be in the 800 range. Worked great when we had a queen size mattress. We now have our large Cali double bed and you have to put in a little effort to lift it and it won't stand up. We probably had to shoot with the ones that were longer and had a higher max weight. But ok so far it works.
