Review on πŸͺ’ BIC Sensitive Shaver Men's Single Blade Disposable Razor, 144 Count - Affordable Bulk Pack for Smooth Shaving by Nate Caldwell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Attention customers - it's December 2013 and the problem still exists

You order 144 razors for $30 (or whatever) and they send you a pack of 12 razors. They say it's 21 cents a piece. Razor, and it's actually over $2 for a razor. You think you're buying a bag of 12 packs of 12 razors each, but that's not what you get. Apparently this has been going on for a very long time, although I've bought a large number of these things in the past year with no problems. I think all of this could be easily solved by naming this product "12 packs of 12 razors per pack" and teaching the people in the camp how to read and basic arithmetic. Apparently there is something about the number "144" in the product description at the moment that you do not understand. Don't think you can go to any other supplier than Revain. Some of them will also send you at least 12 razors for a fancy price if you explicitly order 144 razors per item. I contacted some other companies after this happened. I'm sure I don't want to try to get a refund from another provider. UPDATE in a few days. I ordered a few of these items for my brother who has skin issues and needs 12 packs a day. Since I only received 12 bags instead of the specified 144 (described above), I sent all bags back to Amazon. Then get this: I was only refunded 1 unit or bag instead of all the units I was incorrectly billed - $30 refund instead of several hundreds. I really don't know if they're going to clear it up at this point and I'm really pissed about it. I won't believe until I see it. Obviously the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing in Revain. You'd think these marketing geniuses could solve this little problem β€” seriously. LATEST UPDATE: They finally got all my money back but it took me an inordinate amount of time to fix the big mistake Revane made. I contacted them tirelessly until they did. Talking to them is difficult, but possible. The first two people in the refund did some shoddy work without a degree; They were typical guys who could tell you something, talk me out of it, and call someone else back. However, the third and the fourth took responsibility, carried the matter through and achieved their goal. They ended up with a refund, which apparently was quite complicated (why?); but my god what a stressful hassle and in the end I DID NOT EVEN GET A RAZOR. A very unlucky tourist who will likely return to WalMart.
