It didn't work for me
I finally decided to try a neck pillow on a 14 hour flight as I usually sleep before take off and hate dozing off for the whole trip. Unfortunately, this neck pillow didn't do much for me to keep my head upright enough for a comfortable nap no matter how I adjusted it. I have a small neck, maybe this will work for a thick neck. The cover is removable and washable which is good for you to get rid of those pops. In general, for such a price, it's ok, but I won't be using it again.
