Pretty durable and holds air.

I sleep on my side and can't sleep due to chronic pain. The standard body pillow I sleep on became too flat and it took me a bit longer too. I bought this body pillow because it's a lot fuller and I love it, but oddly it holds a lot of air. Every night I have to use my arms and legs to get him out. I hope it softens over time but other than that it's a great product for side sleepers who like to hold onto the pillow for alignment and comfort.
