Review on Rochelle Antique Medallion Bedspread Ivory by Philip Breeze

I have just received my two beautiful bedspreads. The weight is average, the pattern is beautiful. I have two Tempurpedic single beds, which are fairly high single beds. The bedspread has 3 fringes on 3 edges. The width of the bedspread without the fringes is 75 inches, so it is only 81 inches wide (the product size states that the width is 82 inches), including the fringes. Customs variance is critical to my beds. I have since ordered full size comforters in this style, expecting them to be about an inch less wide than the double bed comforters. The double duvets are about 6.5 inches off the floor on either side. Full-size spreads should be 96 inches (81 plus the required 13 more inches would indicate that 96-inch spreads might be a few inches long, but given the double spreads' shorter than advertised width, this might not wash well , but if it shrinks in the wash the extra length comes in handy. Length 110" is enough to put a pillow in. The pads are nice too. I would buy and buy again. Very good bedspreads. Now I've run with these bedspreads washed great for 3 but had to wash each separately in the load. Only noticed minimal shrinkage. Beds still look lovely. Will be buying the same bedspread in king size bedspread type bedspreads for years and tired of fluffy or heavy bedspreads. Returning to a simpler style.
