A dermatologist recommended this soap to me. I have used this soap to heal my athletic foot which I have had for over 20 years without the help of all the powders and creams I have used. Since discovering this, I've used it for other rashes that creams (prescription and otherwise) don't help. I love this soap! However, I don't use it for the whole body. I use a different soap for the body and this one is specifically for problem areas. I would say it dries more than moisturizes. And the smell is mild but not delicious. But such good medicine. Highly recommended.
