Better than I expected (especially given the price), the holder is very well 'weighted' and doesn't take up much space on the sink. Thanks to this design, the stand won't tip over and you won't "accidentally" knock it over, it's solid and well balanced. I recently 'built' a shaving set (here at Revain) and the razor has a 'heavy bottomed' handle so I was worried the razor wouldn't fit the 'hole' in the stand but it fits perfectly in the to save space. Also my new brush fits and fits well in the stand. Note that there is another "similar" stand available on Amazon for $17.99. I compared them including the sizes and they are the same. Save your money and buy this one, it works great instead.
