The cleansing foam is so thick that you cannot squeeze it out of the tube. I don't believe for a minute that this is a real product. Estée Lauder would never have come up with such a complex, almost impossible product. It is also possible that the product is so out of date that it has lost all of its liquid properties. Very frustrating.
