To be honest I was very hesitant to buy this product. I almost didn't due to some horrible reviews that included comments about horrible water pressure, cheap parts, bad directions, not straight sagging and leaking to name a few. To be honest, it was very easy to install, but you MUST read each guide carefully. It looks intuitive, but if you leave out some details, you'll get poor results. The instructions were a page back and forth so not even cluttered but I think some people just picked it up and didn't read it. The instructions state that each head has a flow regulator (to save water) that can be removed if you find you are having a bad print. They specifically tell you how to screw the main body onto the shower head to tighten it with a straight rod. They tell you to check for leaks between each step and offer extra washers and/or tape (both included). There's even a hotline and they encourage you to call if you're having installation issues before returning the item to the seller. The parts are lightweight (required if the whole assembly is just hanging from the showerhead itself), but definitely not cheap. They appear to be very well made. I bought this for my 7 year old to shower alone with the bottom shower knot and it worked great. My only complaint is that you can't completely turn off the main shower head when using a portable device. There is a "Pause" function that puts the game into dribbling, which seems odd. But again, the instructions are detailed and explain that this is necessary to prevent water pressure from building up. Which makes sense. If you could turn it off completely and someone does it without just turning on the controller and turning off the water, you'd be in trouble. So I guess they were trying to prevent stupidity. I can't blame them. I want you to stop the thin drip, but it doesn't matter much. And the reason why they designed it that way is clear to me. I never write reviews but as I almost didn't buy this because of what I read I felt the need to explain things to the next person so they buy it with confidence knowing they just have to read it .
