This is a comfortable cushion, soft, pleasant to the touch, available in a range of attractive colours. However, my neck hurts and this pillow did not help me. It was too soft and I had no support. Obviously memory foam is not suitable for my neck problem. I don't blame the pillow; It was immediately clear to me that the pillow was not suitable for MY problem. I want hard, not soft. For many, this may be 5☆. I used 1☆ as a signal for those looking for firm support rather than soft cushion. I was looking for a second pillow like the one I have, so I compare it to a densely packed polyfill neck pillow with a cotton washable removable cover. I'll have to do it myself as I can't find anything similar.
