Thank goodness the brush head can't come loose.

This brush has a one piece handle and brush head so it cannot be taken apart. (The head of my old brush would slip off the handle and fall on the shower floor every few days.) The new brush has a large, long handle that's nice to hold on to and a slight curve that gives you easy access to the brush . return. The bristles are tough (but new) but they want a good brushing. It's definitely worth the extra price compared to the cheaper ones.
