I can't even express how much I love this neck pillow. I know it's weird getting so much enthusiasm, but it's true. When I ordered it I thought it was a replacement until I got a "real" collar from a medical supply store. Turns out I don't need it because I bought this neck pillow. The fabric is soft, plush and luxurious. foam is dense but not hard; It gets tighter the harder you press. So once you place it around your neck in a way that is comfortable for you, the support will be even and consistent as it follows the contours you have created by shaping your neck. Head. I really love this thing. I have some health issues that are preventing me from sleeping and this neck pillow solves some of them so my sleep is not perfect (NOT the pillow's fault) but much better than before. If you are healthy, I think it works even better. It's really a win-win purchase for so little money.
