Amazing shower head (plus anti-drip install tip)

I don't usually write reviews but I thought it was worth my time to help others. ---Short version---The shower head and attached parts are of the highest quality, look good and work great. Customer service is also excellent. If you are installing a metal bracket and you find a leak, remove two spare black rubber o-rings and add them to the threaded portion of the bracket (above the sand filter o-ring), then reinstall.---Long Version--- When I first installed the shower head (according to the instructions that came with it), there was a leak in the metal bracket. The threaded portion of the metal bracket rotates freely with respect to the hose/showerhead attachment portion and the leak has occurred at the interface between them. After playing around a bit and not finding a solution, I contacted the seller for advice on possible adjustments or sent me a new mount as mine was suspected to be faulty. The seller was quick to respond and sent me a new mount within a few business days! Unfortunately, I had the same problem replacing the bracket. Now it's time for troubleshooting mode with the help of a friend. How many engineers does it take to install a shower head :P We found that the threads were tightened before the shower head tube (coming out of the wall) touched the sand filter. Sealing ring in the threaded part of the metal bracket. This meant that the threaded section was still fairly free to rotate relative to the hose attachment section. We found two replacement black rubber o-rings in the original packaging and inserted them into the threaded section on top of the sand filter o-ring. No leaks after new installation! To summarize: The shower head tube (coming out of the wall) MUST make contact and be snug against the o-ring(s) in the threaded portion of the metal bracket. This causes a force pulling the threaded portion away from the hose attachment portion and this force is required to seal the interface between them. --- Conclusion --- It took a while to get everything working but I'm glad I bothered because the shower head is very good. The metal bracket is really something compared to all the other plastic things. I hope this review will prevent future headaches and allow people to enjoy a quality shower head.
