Review on Scarleton Large Drawstring Handbag H107801 by Rebecca Bourassa

This bag was on my wish list a while ago. When it was recently available at a lower price as part of a help offer, I decided to snag it. I usually reach for genuine leather bags, but I wanted something inexpensive for everyday use. This bag was perfect for that purpose. I've listed my pros and cons for this bag below: Pros: - Looks good - Quite roomy, stylish and elegant - The material feels soft and doesn't feel cheap - The color is *almost* the same as the picture - Reasonable price - Plenty of color options to choose from - Comes with an adjustable shoulder strap Cons: - While it looks good, it does have some flaws here and there (see my photos) - No internal dividers - Fewer pockets, only has one internal phone pocket and one small zip pocket. Probably the biggest minus point for me: EXTREMELY FISH SMELL! I have a lot of leather goods - clothes, accessories, shoes, wallets, gloves etc. and I know the new "leather smell" but this smell is not like that at all! It's FISH for a reason. I left the bag outside to air it out but I still smell that awful smell. Perhaps the manufacturers should mention this in the product description and suggest/recommend some remedies that can speed up the process of getting rid of this smell! Overall a good bag but the problem with the smell. I'd love to get other colors but I'm not sure what I'm going to do now.
