Great mascara and broken eyeliner

I just received this and let me start by LOVE this mascara. Everything about it is amazing, fresh and not lumpy. . Problem is, when it arrived I opened the package and immediately noticed the end of my eyeliner was broken and stuffed into a cap. In the first picture it is broken but in the second it is after I tried to glue it back on. This failed mainly because it is a gel eyeliner. I would like the seller to send me a new liner, although I can say that if it isn't broken and can't be glued back together it's a great liner. I would like to avoid the hassle of returning it as I would like to keep the mascara as I have already used the mascara but would like a new undamaged eyeliner sent to me, thanks.
