Review on 💡 Extended Longevity Upgrade Kit for Silk’n Flash&Go by Patty Yenbamroong

(Armpit pictured after 2 treatments and 10 days without shaving.) This review applies to both the Flash&Go Long Life Kit and the Flash&Go system itself. I bought the Flash&Go system just after Christmas and have been using it as directed ever since. I did extra treatments here and there for some areas (you should do treatments every 2 weeks in the beginning). Leg surgeries take some time and consume the most lightning bolts. The original system came with 5,000 flashes so when I went to order I figured it would be worth the money to get long life (120,000 flashes) versus a normal replacement cartridge (only 1,000 flashes I think). . I've always wanted laser hair removal but the prices were so high I gave up the idea. I came across Flash&Go in a retail store and did some "research" (read reviews online). I figured if this machine really worked it would cost 10x the retail price! The reviews were so mixed I almost missed it. Then I decided that I would just do it! I had Christmas bonus and made sure to shop from a store with a fair return policy. After almost 2 months of use I can already see results - especially on my arms, armpits and legs. The hair in the bikini line seems to be more unruly, but I've noticed a small difference. I used to be unable to go more than a day without shaving my armpits. After only 2 treatments (plus a few extra breaks between treatments) and 10 days without shaving, I couldn't believe the results. Some hairs were still present, but 80-90% less. I wish I had a picture of my armpits before I didn't shave for a day or two, but I don't think anyone would want to see that! To get results you need to have the right skin type/hair color and a lot of patience. I've found that it's easier to stay on track if you do intervals (armpits/arms one day and bikini/legs another day). The legs take a VERY long time, especially if you're treating the thighs and lower legs. As this is a large area to cover, it is easy to lose track of your feet. Try to orient yourself on the lines of the car. It's easy to miss areas or areas of overlap. I decided that I would overlap areas rather than skip areas to make sure I covered every inch. I have fair skin and light brown/thick hair. I have moles on some parts of my body (which I was afraid might cause problems), but there were no problems - in any case, the "flash" is more intense, but not painful at all, even on the highest settings. Best in winter without sunburn. I hope and think that in a few months I won't have any hair anymore.
