This set is excellent and very durable. It also looks beautiful. I bought another set but had to return it because the screws that came with it were flimsy and small. This set has large screws and is strong.

The product is really good. But the hardware it comes with is terrible! We had to buy our own anchors and screws because the ones provided didn't hold the towel rails at all and gave it three stars because they look good once installed.

While this product is easy to install, it is thick and made of durable material. It is falsely advertised as powder coated. It is not powder coated or even painted. It is plastic shrink wrap which is chipping as you can see in the photos. It arrived well packaged so it was not damaged in transit.

We were remodeling our bathroom in a rustic style and I was looking for something cute to add. This product is good but I only gave it four stars because it came with some peeling paint on the towel rail and it wasn't as durable as I would have liked but we installed it and are happy with the look.

I give 3 stars because it came quickly and hard BUT the paint on the hanger on the towel rail has chipped. It looks like it was wrapped when it wasn't completely dry, or just wasn't wrapped well enough (the bubble wrap wasn't all the way around and it wasn't taped), so the other bits that went in when delivered it got really messed up.

This is the SECOND time I've ordered a set of these, the second set is to replace the first set because when I opened it it was time to remodel my bathroom . They were chipped Both kits were chipped I really want these parts but I don't want them chipped I don't really understand why this is going on.

They are strong and they look great. However, make sure your screws are no longer than your door! We screwed 3 towel hooks into the door only to find the screws came out the other side! I like that they screw directly into the wall rather than into a bracket like some types. They are great value for money, the towel rail is long enough and they look great. Just make sure you know what you're doing when installing!

Item arrived with paint chips missing. I left it because I didn't have time to order something else and I needed it now. Installation was easy and straightforward. One screw had a damaged head, but luckily there were a few extra screws included. The smaller towel hooks are too small to hold a towel in a way that also shows off the pipe stand they are on.
