I like these shoes. I found them in an outlet, fell in love with how comfortable they were and wanted to buy another pair in a neutral color. I wear a 7 in women's shoes and a 6.5 in most vans sneakers and I can wear a size 5.5 for big kids and they are perfect! After reading some of the reviews I thought it was actually a women's shoe not a children's shoe which is what I was hoping for. I risked it with free returns and it paid off. I can't confirm any other size, but I expect each of the larger sizes (7 and up) in gray to be for women and not kids. I love the look and fit of this shoe, just remember it runs great.
