I bought this as part of a semi-regular facial, but I take this out of the fridge almost every night and just roll it on my face for 20 minutes to relieve stress after work and it really makes me feel better. . I am sure they are doing good things for me.

I'm sure they're good for my skin too, but what I love most is the surprise way they minimize stress.

I love my mini cooling balls! They are very durable and well made; The first time I used them in a bowl of ice water and it was amazing! I keep them in a tissue paper bag in a ziplock bag in the fridge. I'm a little scared of keeping them in the freezer as other reviews have shown they break in the process. I used them this morning after sitting in my fridge for a few days and they were nice and cool, refreshing, the handles held up well too. I'd say be careful with the balls, they're glass…

The most important part of my skincare routine

Whoever invented this is a genius. There is a more expensive alternative that spas have been using for years, but it gets the job done. So good for when you're puffy, have puffy eyes, or just want to spread your skincare routine. I have lupus and this helps with my swelling. I can't wait to give them to people. I gave everyone sinus pillows for Christmas this year. I had to get everything!
