💙 Almay Navy Gel Smooth Eyeliner - 1 Count Review

This pencil has a great color and I like its hypoallergenic version, but the surrounding pencil material (wood?) is too hard to sharpen without breaking the colour. I've tried two different sharpeners with no success. I can't return it, but it's not meant to be fully used. It was expensive considering I only used it a couple of times before it needed sharpening. Try a different brand.

I bought 4 of these because I really liked the old version of Almay hypoallergenic eyeliner that I bought for years and lasted for several weeks. This current version is so disappointing. It's thicker, harder to apply and each stick lasted LESS than a week. It is not completely hypoallergenic as it causes some itching. As a previously loyal customer, I feel like Almay ripped me off with this new and very bad eyeliner. Don't buy this!

Really nice colour, fits well but I would caution you to pay attention if you don't want to blend a solid, obvious 'line' right away or it's going to be a bit more difficult to blend well otherwise. Lasts well and all day, never needs to be reapplied. I have no problem with it smudging or working, once on it stays in place.
