My new condo tub had no safety features and would have been dangerous at any age but at 75 years old it can be deadly. I decided to combine a high quality mat with a stander and a curve. This is a really great combo as both the mat and the bar are made with quality materials and craftsmanship. Security has gone from 0% to 85% but I still need the inner rail and this requires some research and testing on suction resistance as I can't screw it to the wall.

This is a longer bath mat than most I've had before, sticks to the tub really well and seems to be quite mold resistant. We just run it through the car when it needs cleaning and the little sticky feet don't come off this mat like the mats we've had before. I am an elderly person and need something to keep me from slipping in the bath and I would definitely recommend this bath mat for the elderly.

I recently redone my bathtub and reviewed many bath mats to replace the durable mat I originally purchased from Target in 2014 which I have just bleached and cleaned and then let it run out, but just over six years is a long time for an original bath rug!
