fits as expected as I buy a lot of Carhartt shirts. But I was disappointed that they had 2 stickers attached to it which were difficult to remove and left a sticky adhesive residue. not sure if it washes out. If so I will update my review. Same quality as an undershirt. Great. Although I sincerely wish they were "small". What clothing manufacturer doesn't offer "small"? I'm 5'10" tall, 32" waist just like the guy in the picture (not much) and now I have to do a bridge inspection with helmet and parachute on. Great shirt, fits well without being tight. Just read the instructions on how to clean and wash the shirt to ensure it lasts a long time and is very comfortable in hot and/or humid climates The shirt is very hard wearing and I still love working on the railroad and of course these shirts can of any brand if soiled with grease of any kind, they cannot be washed off! I bought two of these shirts. This is a very good shirt. The comfort straps work well and make it a lot more comfortable than others. It breathes well and wicks sweat. The reason for only 4 stars is that I found the neck much tighter than I expected from a "loose fitting" shirt. I also found it odd that a sticker saying the shirt is "stain-resistant" left glue on the shirt, which in turn caused a square sticker-shaped stain. This happened on both shirts. I do plan on buying more of these though
