I was nervous about the sizing when I placed the order, but this shirt is great for working out. If I had to wear it I would probably go up a size but that's just my opinion.

These muscle shirts are great for light weight training and moisture wicking. They fit true to size, very comfortable, and the sleeveless look is very hot. I bought these for my boyfriend he looks gorgeous in them

Very good fit but next time I might go up a size. for running in an athletic shape so if you want a relaxed fit for training I would recommend going up a size. Overall a good shirt

I'm 5ft 6in, 180lbs and about 20% body fat. The shirt is tight and pretty but the collar looks like they have been stretched. If it lay like a regular collar I would give them a perfect score.

OMG there are NO seams, they literally look like washcloths - what do I use them for - I wouldn't wipe my dogs from the back with these shirts. When you're ready to shop for rag shirts for workouts, order 2x your usual size.

Although the fit is normal, I don't like that the sleeves aren't snug. I guess this shirt is made for someone with big hands even though it's small. The quality of the shirt is not much different from my regular $2 t-shirts, and the washing instructions - hand wash and dry flat - are awkward.

I'm 6ft 3cm, weigh 220lbs, muscular and have a very low BF. I usually wear everything very large. I ordered a large for these shirts. The fit is good and lets the gun crackle. However, the sleeves and the hem of the shirt are not finished (no hem). This causes the bottom part of the shirt and the sleeves to roll up a little. You will not lie flat. DO NOT BUY! Not sure if this applies to shirts because they are so cheaply made. First, the material is reminiscent of those cheap skinny Halloween costumes you buy for your kids. It's like a mix of felt and polyester that doesn't breathe at all. The cut is tight, like a compression shirt, but not very stretchy, and you get hot when you put it on.
