I've been using this model as a chef for about 20 years and it's still my number one choice. However, over the years I see a drop in quality, the pair no longer serves. then after about 6 months the leather starts to tear and the rubber outsole shows large cracks after a few months of use. I've used about 40 pairs over the years and am now actively looking for an alternative.

In just six months of normal wear, the skin is completely torn. No way to fix them. Very disappointing considering how much these shoes cost.
