First I train in the shower. got used to it I want it to be a bit longer and thicker than cardboard to hold it. When it gets wet it starts to break. So keep it light. But a great product. I bought it for trips. Decided to try and use it to make sure not only do they work, but make sure I'm using them correctly. It seemed to work as intended, but it soon collapsed on the sides where it was supposed to direct the flow away from you. Basically, it gets wet, collapses, and stops doing what it's supposed to do.
