The shoes didn't fit. We tried 2 different sizes, they were too tight. However, I returned both pairs at different times and the company refunded my credit card very quickly and kindly.

Can't remember if they were too small or big but they didn't fit. I had 3 pairs of different shoes and they all had a size issue. Made in China, no quality control.

The shoes are beautiful, well made, with excellent leather, but the shoes are a little tight, in boots my husband wears a 9, with these beautiful shoes he probably needs to wear a 91/2, I got me just decided to return them!

Disappointed - not the same as previously purchased. I have bought them several times but this time they are different. I had to make sure they were offered by the Prime Minister so I could get my refund quickly.

I used to have a pair of these shoes in brown. While these pair are nice, they are not of the same quality as the first pair I bought probably 15-20 years ago. I would like to ask you which shoe brand today is the same as the shoes you made 20 years ago?
