My cord comes out the window and goes into the ground, and isn't plugged into the outlet. I even put the crystal in the ground next to the string. This is a well made product in terms of materials.

So far I love this pillowcase. First, it's soft on the face. Second, it is large and fits my large pillow. Third, it has a very long cord and allows me to move around at night without pulling on the cord that is too short, and fourth, I sleep a lot better since I've had it. My legs don't tremble and I sleep longer at night than before. I also fall asleep faster. Thank you for this wonderful grounder.
