The shower head arrived as described with a very small problem which didn't bother me too much. I got an email asking if I was happy and when I told them about the small issue they sent me a brand new shower head! That's great customer service!

The feeling of standing under this thing is amazing. This shower head is the perfect size. It's heavy though, if you're installing it on an extension, be prepared to tighten it really, really tight to keep it from slipping under the weight. I personally tried the extension first and then fitted a new, longer shower head to accommodate that head. Excellent workmanship (even extension cords) but still leaking. I'm happy with the pressure, but after a shower the water flows forever. When I moved the diverter, it stopped. and if so, then even the diverted stream should not stop. The flow continues even the next day! I'm surprised more people aren't reporting this. It works pretty well until it stops. I guess for the price you can't expect super high quality so we weren't surprised when it stopped working after 9 months. It was a bit strange when the side seams started to leak, from which teeeeee imperceptibly drops of water flowed. They were almost invisible to the naked eye as they flew almost horizontally over our heads and the shower curtain.
