I have a queen size drawstring bag that converts into a queen air mattress with memory foam. tiny house, this product worked fantastic. I simply put a piece of the mattress in a zipped bag and sucked out the air, it flattened it very flat and I was able to use the straps provided to roll it up and get it out of the way for storage!

I put the bag on the mattress in the hope of being able to roll it up. The vacuum cleaner worked for about 30 minutes, when I turned it off the hiss of the air outlet was very audible. The zipper had a gap at the edge, one side was longer than the other. I sealed it with tape and the hiss was gone. I moved the mattress and heard a louder hiss. It turned out that the seam on the other side separated. The mattress was inflated and no tape helped. Just a waste of money.

It worked great on my Royal Nest Love and Sleep mattress. One problem is that it starts to stretch after a few days, but that didn't really matter to me. If you only need it for local movement, you probably won't even notice it stretching. If you want it to stay tight and not stretch, I suggest you use more straps than the two that come with it. At first I was impressed with how this hybrid mattress compresses (a mixture of springs and foam). He shrunk the mattress to almost the same size as when it arrived in the original packaging. After standing overnight, however, it had almost doubled in size; Bulge on risers. There was also a problem with the valve cover gasket. It didn't seal well with my vacuum due to the diameter of the ring. So I had to take the lid off when venting and then snap it back on when I was done.

Got this to move my foam mattress. When I tried to seal the bag, the two traces ended up misaligned. One side was slightly longer than the other leaving a bulge in the rail/seal leaving a hole large enough to allow air to flow straight back into the bag after attempting to vacuum seal it . Basically useless unless you try to seal the hole with a ton of duct tape or something.? but even then, there will likely still be air escaping. Returned. This bag really helped me move and saved me a few hundred dollars on the move. I could pack a giant king-size memory foam mattress into a small trailer. The material seems durable, although I was careful not to create any holes or tears when fitting the mattress. I could do everything alone (but it would definitely be easier with two people).
