What a horror, I bought 2 pairs, one for me, the other for my father, in both cases the difference was only in size. My dad used his every day, they lasted less than 4 months (both!). I used mine 3 or 4 days a week and they only lasted 5.5 months, 4 straps in that time, are you kidding me? Ah, and of course it's not 100% leather either!, as soon as they start to tear it's clear what an expensive piece of nonsense, seriously, hands off!.

Everything is fine. Not surprisingly great, but good. It's a fairly well built belt that has "content" (in the sense that it's not flimsy) and gets the job done. It is NOT perfect as it wears out fairly quickly BUT it is a very inexpensive belt. After spending decades losing and gaining weight and having a wide range of sizes in my closet, I've spent (too much) enough on belts over the decades. You can spend MORE and get a worse belt. Had the same experience as the previous one star review. It looks like tough skin, but it's not. To be fair, I wore it probably three times a week for five months. Suddenly I noticed a stain on the belt. There is a thin black layer on the surface that has somehow rubbed off. It's not where there is a belt loop, I'm a bit confused as to why that happened at that point.
