    I had at least 6 pairs of these when I was a kid. Back then they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, so I kept buying them. I was delighted to find they were still in production all these years later and ordered a pair of white ones. What I got looked like an old Globe CT-IV but didn't fit me at all. In fact, the left shoe feels completely different than the right one. The roof of the shoe looks like some material is missing. So I'm assuming the pair I received failed a quality…

    A little tighter around the ankle than I was hoping

    But I'm heavy, so I think the tightness was to be expected. All in all a very nice shoe that fits like a glove. I bought them because my DCs were worn out. This is a good replacement. I love how secure my feet are in it and how comfortable I can spread my toes. I wear 9 1/2 for women and 8 for men.

    Looks good but drives bad

    I like the way they look but they don't drive well. The lack of board feel and the chunky design didn't breathe life into the shoe. I made a hole to the toe in them in 4 sessions. I would only buy them again for casual shoes, not for skating.

    Comfortable, wide and looks great.

    Fits exactly as I remember it. Always loved skate shoes since my childhood. I'm just glad they still make them. Comfortable, wide and good looking. The delivery was also on time.

    Good series, true to size

    i like shoes I wish it came in a smaller size so my wife could order some too. Seems to hold up and the price was fair. I don't skate or anything, I just walk, but they support me enough.

    Tightened my fingers a little

    The toe box is oddly shaped and takes about a week or two to break in, a process that did damage the sides of my toes a bit, but after that they fit like a glove. Globe shoes last forever and are well made, which I think is one of the reasons they are so stiff to begin with.

    Great shoes but a bit heavy

    These are great shoes but they are a bit heavy for the cushioning. They are very comfortable and durable for whatever you use them for (hopefully skating). Make sure you get the right size for you, with these types of shoes you don't want them to be loose fitting.

    I've been wearing Globe Chet Thomas shoes for 20 years. Not all that came out, but enough to know, aesthetics aside. The quality has stayed good. You can't say that about every manufacturer, but this one is the same.

    So they are a bit loose for the size I ordered but honestly they are what I was hoping for. They offer a comfortable, relaxed fit. Also, I think it's necessary to mention that I don't tie my shoelaces.

    Comfortable throwback to the 90s and durable.

    I love Globe shoes and when I saw these 90's throwbacks I had to buy them. It's been 2 years and I'm still wearing them. They are very durable but I don't skate anymore. They are very comfortable and you don't even have to tie them after the first time. I usually wear a size 12 and I ordered these and they fit as expected.

    These are the most comfortable shoes I have.

    I bought these to have a lightweight pair of shoes for running errands and other after work tasks. They are EXTREMELY comfortable AND very light. 10 out of 10 recommend.

    Great shoes - my review

    First, I have to admit that I coated the boots with some protective materials upon arrival to make them last longer (I tend to hit my shoes, skate, etc.). But after that they are firm and hold. I only got them through one session, but so far so good.

    Shoes were sold in size 12

    The shoes were sold in size 12. When I started wearing it I felt a little cramped. A few weeks later, I discovered that there was a size 12 sticker above my shoe size. Actually the shoes are size 11. Not very happy with uncomfortable shoes.

    Sturdy shoes and everything, but maybe too strong? If it makes sense They're really plump and chunky, the sole sits pretty high, like you have loose ends in your boots.
