I bought them for an unusual reason. My old dog has always done his business with newspapers (he only weighs 6 pounds). The stupid new manager thought her papers were flammable, although the solid plastic underneath is fine, so now the towels. She loves them more because her feet stay dry. ez for me. Simply wash (like we did cloth diapers).

Good cheap towel and good cheap price. i need a lot of towels Many of them. They have to be absorbent, wash and dry quickly, and they don't have to look pretty. This is exactly what I need for my dirty work. They shed a lot of fluff in the dryer after the first 3-4 wash and dry cycles. But after that they are good and strong. Still absorbs. Cotton can't be beat and this price can't be beat! I have ordered three times. Lots of towels. And I will probably order more somewhere next year.

I am giving this 5 stars because they cost me about $2 per towel and I feel I got what I paid for. However, these are not 5 star towels. These towels are the norm for the $2 towel course. They're a bit coarse, a bit small, a bit sparsely woven and therefore not super absorbent or really very effective as a towel. I won't return them or say I'm unhappy. I would be happier if they were prettier towels but they are exactly what I expected. Luxurious is not the word I would use to describe these…

I made sure to read the other reviews before buying. There is one review that refers to these towels as storage towels and that is a pretty accurate description. These towels are not plush like your regular bath towels. So if that's what you're looking for, I suggest you buy something else. They are thin, soft in texture and poorly absorbent.
