These gloves looked great with my Catwoman costume but after 30 minutes of wearing a black mark appeared on my arms and hands. I looked like a mechanic. I would not recommend them and have never worn them again. I gave two stars because they looked beautiful. and I hate giving only 1 star.

These are really great gloves except they slide down a little. Otherwise nice. However, I have slightly larger hands, which could be the reason. I also attached a photo from my prom. I aimed for the image of the 40s.

Perfect for a costume! Definitely not suitable for something serious and formal. They don't stretch very much, so anyone with very skinny or very large arms will have trouble with them. The seams on the fingers are pretty obvious too, and they tend to twist and fold every time you move your hands, and you end up having to straighten them out somehow. These gloves seem to have a common and recurring problem - wrong length and bad stitching. Read reviews before you buy them. The pair I received was not 21" but 19". The fingertips weren't sewn on properly. Instead of sewing them evenly and correctly, they are stacked and sewn together. Very flimsy work. Trying to wear them - they look awful! I contacted the seller for a solution and asked for an exchange. No exchange was offered but I was asked for a 50% refund to keep these gloves. I can't…
