My son has hot feet and I bought him these white ones and he liked them so we bought them in black. He has size 12 shoes so they fit perfectly

One sock (out of 12) had a hole. I don't want to return the order, I just want this sock to be replaced if possible. Revain does not allow me to contact the seller regarding this. Remember that if we can figure it out.
