Very cheap and poorly made. Arrived with broken and splintered parts. None of the tapes were aligned. It looked like a second grader art project that parents would stick on their fridge but secretly hope they can do better.

A little light, but good. Besides being so light, it's made out of some sort of white wood (or pine?). The light wood allows the soap to stick. Other wooden soap dishes (same price) are made of cypress, cedar (odorless cedar wood) to prevent the soap from sticking to the tray. I have to grab a bar of soap for that! take cedar.

So I bought this without looking at other photos from a different angle that show the slots on the bottom have big gaps rather than burrs B .put it on another soap dish or on the part of the sink where it is installed, otherwise it will get dirty. The craftsmanship is also a little disappointing as the pieces don't look uniformly put together.

Looks elegant, serves its purpose. it was. Definitely good value for money. Wooden soap dishes have been all the rage at farmers markets lately — I've seen them listed for $25, and they haven't been finished. I would buy this product every day.

I thought it would be a wonderful gift for my son and father. By the way, I ordered two. It has only been 30 days since the item was ordered. My son has been using it and the wood finish of the product is peeling. It appears to be poorly made and the coating peels off easily after being in water. I also have one that hasn't been opened and I'm going to ask Revain to return it. Save yourself money and headaches and buy something else.
