Men's Leather Checkbook Cover: High Marshal Wallet Accessory for Card Cases and Money Organizers Review

The check folder is not what I expected. The wallet itself seems fine, but the plastic divider for the receipt is so flimsy and fragile that it broke on first use. The whole idea of this type of wallet is to have a check separator to duplicate checks. Once destroyed, it can no longer be used as a duplicate checkbook. Despite the fact that everything is fine with the wallet itself, now it is practically useless. Another complaint, although less important, is that there's no place to store a pen.

I've had the same cheap plastic book for over twenty years, the spine is broken. The Marshap leather base exceeded my expectations. Very glad I bought it. I would buy again but I think it will last the rest of my life.

I've wanted one of those old-school checkbooks for a long time, but I've held off because I don't write a lot of checks. Because I ordered new checks, I'm writing more checks than I thought I would. He is just like the photo, slim and handsome.

I love this check book cover. This keeps checks in good condition. Unlike some other cases, you can easily insert new checks here. I wish it had a valve to keep the till open.

There was a strong smell of leather at first, but that quickly dissipated. This is the real deal, unlike others that are man made and claim to be leather. Very soft.

I hesitated to buy this checkbook cover. I actually needed 2 and always used the small plastic ones. When I got this one, not only was it big enough for two, it also had room for checkbooks to be placed on the side. It's beautiful and the closure on the outside is really good!

It was leather stained and boxed before the smell had a chance to dissipate. I put it in the sun and it got a little better, but it still smelled too toxic to use. I couldn't use this product because of the terrible smell.

I have never seen leather goods with a cancer warning on them. I promptly returned this for a lower quality faux leather check book cover.

Finally had to replace the cover of my 20 year old Marshal check book. I didn't consider any other brands besides Marshal as my original has served me so well for so long. I'm not sure if this one will last that long. It appears to be a bit thinner leather but is supple and beautifully finished. Definitely functional and luxurious for the price.

The leather cover of the checkbook was basically in order. However, after only 4 months, the blank check separator used for checking duplicates broke and is now unusable. It was a leather check book cover so I think all the components will last more than 4 months. Very disappointed.

This checkbook cover exceeded my expectations. It has a smooth and soft texture, an inside pocket for receipts or deposit receipts, and a transparent vinyl flap. Thin edges give the product a finished and beautiful look.

I keep it in my desk drawer because it looks cheap. I'm not sure what skin it is, but it's like no other skin I've ever felt. That's my feedback.

This product is a little larger than the usual checkbook covers that I like. It's roomy and contains a check book, check book register, and other things I need to put in like cards. I am very happy with this purchase. Away

A synthetic leatherette that feels like plastic. No leather, let alone "high-end leather". For the price I thought it might be cowhide leather. Colour: Croco Tan Orange and Ocher Yellow. Poor synthetic crocodile leather. Don't waste your money on it.
