Separates birds from cats

I use them to raise the table so my cat doesn't startle birds in the cage. They look awful under wooden table legs, but I chose to put them there. My birds are relieved to be away from this feline rascal and I'm enjoying a more peaceful kingdom.

Perfect bed risers for your dorm room.

These bed boosters were used under a dorm bed. They appear to be a little less than fully robust, but so far they're working. i like white It matches the floor etc. I found a bed rail that perfectly matched the height of the bed after the bed rail was added. I would recommend it so everything is nice and tidy. Looks very good.

Not just for beds! on bed stands

I cannot vouch for their durability when used as a bed riser but I have used them with my dining table to raise it to desk height and have been very happy with it. I needed a large quilt and they were perfect. My table was hard as stone. The tops didn't move, and the ledge around the top held the table securely in place even when I stepped inside. I give it 5 stars for turning the dining table into a craft table that can be set up and used. Read other reviews to see how it performs as a bed…

CHEAPEST TABLE

They had them for a few weeks and didn't let me down! Not the purpose of the product but it gave me a steady table when all the other products or actual tables were beyond my budget or didn't fit what I needed! UPDATE: It's mid-April and they didn't disappoint. I have a heavy steel desk with paperwork and lots of gear on it and have had no problems. Sure it looks a bit silly but they work very well for what I need them for. ANOTHER UPDATE: still in great shape and not let down for two years…

Pros
  • Fits a lot of people
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Compared to other similar risers, they are thinner and not as wide at the base. I can compress or crack them because they are flexible. I have others, I can't. I placed them under the frame of a king-size mattress that is six feet tall. They were NOT stable. If I hit the bed, the bed frame would fall off the posts, creating a dangerous situation. I have trued them several times and even removed the wheels from the frame. The bottom line is that they are NOT made of quality material (rated only…

The two sizes matter.

My review includes a 7.5" Honey Can-Do bed and an 8" Home It bed and furniture stands purchased through Revain. I have several portable air conditioners/dehumidifiers that have trays that collect the water [removed from the air]. The problem is that in humid conditions, the trays can fill up in 20 minutes, after which the devices turn off. I use risers to raise the front wheels 8 inches and the rear wheels 7.5 inches, and this allows a 1.5 gallon plastic bucket to fit under the drain. Now, in…

They worked after a little rework

I'm a blogger so bear with me I'll try to be brief. First, the bed risers appear to be pretty sturdy. They tend to tip over until the weight of the mattress supports them. It took several attempts to get the mattress onto the box spring without the bed frame slipping and the risers flipping over. After everything was assembled we had no problems. Second, if your frame's "legs" are wider than 2ΒΎ" (2.75" or 69.85mm), you'll need to find something else or, like I did, cut off the bed frame's legs.

  • One year trial
