🚰 Optimized Hydro Flask 24 oz. Standard Water Bottle Review

What I received doesn't appear to be officially from Hydro Flask. I bought for my hip flask which is not the widest but fits larger than the lid I ordered.

The cap that came with my hydroflask was poorly made and the strap kept falling out of its slot. So I bought this one and it was great! No more broken bottle caps.

WRONG! NOT suitable for standard size hydroflasks. Sad and disappointed because the original cap was the one that used the carabiner and broke. I was hoping to use this with a better pen but it doesn't fit 😡

Works great! I prefer this cap to the sport cap on my 24oz hydroflask. The flexible handle is comfortable and prevents my bottle from spilling! BTW why I prefer it over a Hydroflask sport cap: The sport cap leaks and I find it difficult to keep the top of the cap clean (where you drink) because it's always exposed. Why is this cap better than the previous generation caps (photo attached): 1. You can actually use multiple fingers put through the loop, unlike the old one with the finger hole.2. It actually takes fewer turns to screw the cap on compared to the old standard cap, which is nice! The lid itself has some sort of magical insulation that helps keep the drink hot or cold. I love my Hydro Flask with drinking cap because it's a very quick and convenient way to drink. However, I have found that if you leave the flask on its side, condensation will collect at the top as there is less thermal protection. This is bad for two reasons: 1) the contents heat up much faster and 2) if the contents are chilled, the condensation can create a small puddle that you could walk into if you weren't expecting it.
