I find the material of this pillow/pillowcase to be very rough and the material "rustles" which means it makes very loud rustling noises when you adjust your head position. not a fan

This pillow is the perfect size for me as it doesn't take up too much space. It supports your neck perfectly and is strong enough for that. I want to start with the good. The shape is perfect for my sleep. I sleep on my stomach and my legs are number 4. One hand is under the pillow, the other is on top of my head.
