Fits my Suzuki DRZ 400

They are pretty easy to install. I've had Renthol Fat Bars before and they worked great. Gives the handlebar position a little more height. They fit on the Renthol sockets as requested and the included screws work fine too. Some people have complained about poor quality screws. The time will show. Note that you may need to re-route some of the steering wires and throttle cables to prevent them from binding.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Legacy model

Wrong thread. Best in Parts

Bought these for my CRF230L. The supplied screws have the wrong thread. The standard bolts are 8mm x 1.25 threads, and the bolts that come with these risers are 5/16 SAE threads (can't remember exactly). In any case, they don't work across threads. I'd have to force them in, chew the threads and risk never getting them out. A little annoying, but if you have a hardware store nearby you should be able to find suitable screws.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • disappears

Fits perfectly on my V-Strom

I needed some height for a more vertical fit. I looked, searched, found many, many options and many different prices. I finally settled on them and as I expected they were absolutely perfect. They are of sufficient height for a more comfortable fit and do not require extending the cord. You may pay more, but quality and fit are all you need. If you need risers about 1 inch high, get them, you won't be disappointed.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

So far so good but let down by hardware and lack of research.

Hardware is short as stated in other reviews. The "cup" isn't the right size either, so it won't fit snugly on the steering wheel. I used class 8 screws and tightened them so it couldn't move. So far so good but let down by the hardware and lack of research on the size of the handlebars that will fit. Has the manufacturer tried this product before? hmmmm No no. Like most products, they are not used by the people who develop and sell them. And it's obvious

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Not bad but...
